PORTAL PURWOKERTO – Isu hiatus BTS bikin geger. Saham HYBE turun 25 persen hingga bikin Rap Monster atau RM BTS harus turun tangan beri klarifikasi.
BTS Festa Dinner yang diselenggarakan pada Selasa, 14 Juni 2022 lalu menyisakan pertanyaan besar.
Member BTS sepakat umumkan hiatus. Hiatus disini bukan berarti hilang tanpa kabar. Namun mereka akan memulai aktivitas solo masing-masing.
Aktivitas solo BTS akan dimulai dari J-Hope yang masuk line up konser Lollapalooza pada akhir Juli 2022. Kemudian masing-masing member juga akan mengeluarkan mixtape, single dan aktivitas solo di luar grup BTS.
BTS juga memutuskan untuk pindah dari apartemen yang sekarang mereka tempati bersama. Selain karena sudah 10 tahun tinggal bersama sejak jadi rookie. Kontrak apartemen mereka juga sudah berakhir.
Dari obrolan antar member BTS dalam acara BTS Festa Dinner itu, BTS menegaskan hiatus bukan berarti Bangtan bubar.
ARMY tak perlu khawatir karena masing-masing member akan mengumumkan tanggal perilisan album solo.
BTS juga mengatakan bahwa lagu Run BTS tidak akan dibawakan di music show, tapi akan dibawakan saat konser. Acara Run BTS yang tayang di Weverse dan VLive tetap lanjut namun belum diketahui tanggal pastinya.
Sementara itu, harga saham HYBE turun hingga 25 persen dampak dari berita hiatusnya BTS. Klarifikasi yang diberikan HYBE bahkan tetap membuat para investor ini panik.

Menurut klarifikasi HYBE, BTS tidak hiatus namun istirahat sebagai grup dan fokus pada proyek solo masing-masing member.
Harga saham HYBE turun beberapa jam setelah kabar BTS hiatus beredar. Harga saham HYBE yang tadinya 168.000 won turun menjadi 193.000 won.
Kim Nam Joon atau RM BTS akhirnya turun tangan memberikan klarifikasi via Weverse terkait beredarnya isu BTS hiatus.
Pernyataan tambahan leader BTS ini mengungkapkan bahwa dirinya mendapat banyak panggilan sejak penayangan BTS Festa Dinner.
RM BTS mengatakan banyak artikel yang dilebih-lebihkan dan diinterpretasikan secara negatif.
“Banyak screenshoot headline berita dan artikel yang dibagikan ke saya. Artikel itu berisikan kata kunci agresif di luar konteks seperti BTS ‘bubar’, ‘menghentikan aktivitas grup’ dan ‘mengumumkan hiatus’. Saya sudah merasa hal ini akan terjadi dan menguatkan diri untuk ini. Namun tetap saja terasa pahit di hati,” tulis Kim Nam Joon yang dikutip Portal Purwokerto pada Kamis, 16 Juni 2022.

RM BTS kecewa karena pemberitaan yang ada melebih-lebihkan apa yang disampaikan oleh para member. Terlebih lagi dikabarkan di luar konteks yang sebenarnya.
RM BTS menjelaskan bahwa BTS Festa Dinner itu adalah tradisi untuk merayakan debut mereka setiap tahunnya. Menurutnya ARMY juga memahami dan mengerti akan hal ini.
Namun bagi non ARMY justru melihat semuanya secara berbeda. RM menambahkan BTS Festa Dinner ini merupakan momen pribadi antara BTS dan ARMY.
Momen dimana BTS bisa mengobrol dengan bebas, mengeluarkan isi pikiran masing-masing member dan dipahami oleh ARMY seluruh dunia.
Namun non ARMY dan media justru memelintir isi obrolan dalam BTS Festa Dinne itu sehingga menjadi di luar konteks dan menyebabkan kesalahpahaman besar.
Kim Nam Joon menegaskan lagu Yet To Come (The Most Beautiful Moment) bukan lagu terakhir BTS.

Menurutnya, ketujuh member sudah terbuka dan jujur tentang segalanya. Sehingga dalam BTS Festa Dinner tidak ada pesan tersembunyi.
Berikut isi klarifikasi RM BTS dalam Weverse yang dikutip dari Koreaboo pada Kamis, 16 Juni 2022:
“Following the latest broadcast, I received an unmatched number of calls and messages since I debuted.
A lot of the screenshots of headlines and articles, which had been shared with me, used aggressive keywords taken out of context, like BTS ‘disbanding,’ ‘halting group activities,’ and ‘announcing hiatus.’ I fully expected this to happen. I was bracing myself for it, too. But it still left a bitter feeling in my heart.
It’s not that I wanted everyone to watch the entire broadcast of us being weepy and whiny before making any comments, though.
The broadcast had been—as evident from the fact that it was in the style of a non-regular ‘dinner party’ content and that it was aired on a meaningful date of June 13—solely and entirely dedicated to ARMYs who have supported us for the past nine years.
Sure, the non-ARMYs might think that the members and I were being overdramatic or that we were being ungrateful. But there is a whole decade of time between ARMYs and us when we shared anything and everything non-stop. What we have is special, without a doubt.
And this special ‘bond’ that we share is extremely difficult to define in words—although we’ve had to try explaining it a thousand times in all the interviews we’ve had. Anyway, the broadcast had been a totally honest, almost confession-like, moment that we wanted to share with ARMYs who formed and held on to that indescribable bond with us without asking us for anything in return.
As clear as it would have been to those who actually watched it, we explained throughout the whole broadcast that this is not the end for us—JUST like the title of the song ‘Yet To Come’ suggests.
Now that I see the screenshots of me bawling my eyes out going around the internet, and triggering a lot of misinterpretations, I’m starting to think I shouldn’t have been all that passionate. It seems to me that my courage to be completely transparent and honest always ends up causing unnecessary drama and misunderstandings.
What I would like to clarify is that we weren’t ‘beating around the bush’ about anything. There is nothing to ‘read between the lines,’ in that broadcast; we were being completely open and honest about everything we’ve been feeling. And in the process of being open and honest about our feelings, we ended up shedding some tears.
I have no doubt in my heart that ARMYs, who know us for who we are, will understand all of that with great generosity. We meant what we said in the broadcast as is, with no other message to it.
As both Jungkook and Taehyung also explained so well, the members have been incredibly open to discussing the future of BTS whenever we got the chance. Yes, there have been rough patches and hard feelings for us, but we met when we were all so young. We’ve gone through a fair amount of trial and error—but that’s because we’ve been growing and maturing together through our teens and 20s.
I feel like this post is going to seem dramatic as well… And I’m afraid it’ll only feed the trolls even more. But I wanted to at least briefly explain myself since I did say a lot of things on that broadcast. Thank you so much for having watched the broadcast and for sending us so much love, support, and positive energy from near and far. Going forward, I promise I’ll continue to be on my best behavior, as an individual and as a part of the team. Thank you.”
