- The METHOD consists of the steps we need to follow to make the salad with coconut dressing.
- The structure of the ingredients consists of:
1. Vegetables: 200g (2 cups) of bean sprouts, 150g (2 cups) of kangkung or spinach, 150g (1 cup) of young cassava leaf but it’s optional, 150g (1 cup) of long beans that cut in 3-cm length, 4 large red chilli (sliced).
2. 3 cloves of garlic.
3. 2 teaspoon of kencur.
4. 1 teaspoon of salt.
5. 1/2 teaspoon of ground coriander.
6. 1 tablespoon of finely chopped palm sugar.
7. 3 kaffir lime leaves (sliced).
